As a tenant eventually the time will come when your contract is running out and no doubt you will be eager to reclaim your deposit from your landlord. Your landlord won’t be interested in signing the cheque though unless the property is left as stated in the terms and conditions of your tenancy agreement. Our service typically includes the following:

• Washing of paintwork including walls, skirting boards, internal doors and frames.
• Cleaning out kitchen cupboards.
• Cleaning out fridge/defrosting freezer.
• Vacuuming curtains.
• Shower and bath de-scaling alongside shower doors and tiles.
• Inside window cleaning.
• Inside/out oven cleaning. (inside oven upon request subject to further charge)
• Carpet cleaning (upon request subject to extra charge)
• Dusting of ornaments, electrical goods, furniture, skirting boards.
• Vacuuming carpets and soft furnishings.
• Mopping floors
• Bathrooms cleaning suites, towel rails, tiles, mirrors and deodorising.
